Oh I know your soul… So pure and bright!
You radiate wisdom divine,
meager in those who feed me.
Your being displayed like you’re some toy
shows me where I am headed.
If I’m too wild, I already annoy.
They do not like us living free.
I greet in awe your ancient star
behind your toothless smile.
I don’t recall how I got here.
I don’t suppose I’ll ever leave.
Only my death will set me free.
It’s not your fault; thanks for this tear.
